I then looked at their reviews, the top one had 43 which were overwhelmingly positive, the only negative notes were that it’s close to Patterson so it was a little loud. I read all the reviews and found that 22 of the 43 mentioned the word ‘clean’. When it comes to hospitality, clean is expected, and if a property is not clean, guests will highlight that in a review, and worse they’ll include pictures. You don’t want that!
